Found some instructions here. I'll try it out tomorrow (or so).

The thing about installing Vista that I found is that it requires you to do delete the 200mb EFI Partition at the start of your Hard Drive. Basically, this disables the functionality of BootCamp. So if you want to un-install Vista, you have to use Disk Utility. Also, to restore that partition, you have to reinstall the OS from your install disc. At least, thats what I hear, I pussed out once I figured that out. So now I have a Vista install DVD laying around...

Also, you should try Parallels for kicks, it's pretty sweet...

Actually, I just read the bottom of the guide you linked (I had seen it before), and noticed the instructions to restore your EFI partition. Hooray! Maybe I'll install this tonight...
