Colin and I are considering starting a podcast.
How long should it be? What topics should we discuss? Would anybody listen?

Interestingly enough, I just started a blog and am encountering some of the same questions. Your best bet is to talk about whatever you are experts in. Then you'll be sure to have content that people won't find elswhere.

Allow me to share my "professional" expertise:
1. No more than 10 minutes to start.
2. I'm not sure, but I highly recommend not going the "talking about whatever we feel like" route.
